Rules, Terms and Conditions
1 Tuition for MGC GOLD STAR members is due on or before the first day of each month. Goldstar membership is only available until November 30.
2 If you wish to withdraw from the Goldstar membership, 30 days written notice is required to terminate billing.
3 Tuition for each 13-week session is due on or before the first day of class.
4 MAKE-UP policies are as follows:
· Members of the MGC GOLD STAR program are allowed up to 10 make-ups.
· For those enrolled in any 13-week program, 2 make-ups are allowed per session.
· Please call or email the gym to schedule your child’s make up class.
· A missed day may only be made up in the session in which it occurred and on specified dates.
· Unattended make-up classes are forfeited.
Note: No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes. Make-up classes are not guaranteed!
5 SNOW CANCELLATIONS for morning classes held before 12:00PM we follow the Pembroke Public School closings schedule. The conditions will be reassessed for all afternoon and evening classes at 12:00 PM. Please call the gym or review your emails after 12PM to check the status of your child’s class. If your class is canceled due to the inclement weather, the class may be made up following the above make up policies.
